Isaac Aesili’s debut solo album Eye See features collaborations with a variety of gifted kiwis; Aaradhna, Rosita Vai, Rachel Fraser, Mara TK and Deva Mahal. Over the last decade Isaac has been an integral member of Solaa, Opensouls, Eru Dangerspiel and Recloose Live, with whom he has toured to Europe, the US, Australia and Japan. A prolific collaborator, he has co-written songs with Ladi6 and Tyra Hammond and done recording session work playing trumpet many albums including Hollie Smith’s Long Player, Shapeshifter’s Soulstice, House of Shem’s Keep Rising and Crowded House’s Time on Earth. In 2010 Isaac will be focusing on finishing Solaa’s 2nd album as well as producing the debut album for up and coming vocalist Rachel Fraser. Alongside this Isaac will be working for a number of other artists in a production capacity. Isaac is open to demo submissions from vocalists seeking to make R&B/Soul music.
