Urban Pacifika Records
Urban Pacifika Records was formed in 1994 and was the brain child of the late Phillip Fuemana. UPR was the first indie record label owned & run by Pacific Islanders and Phil was the driving force behind its music & Image. You really can't talk about UPR without talking about Phillip and the influence that Phillip had on the NZ music industry was huge and opened the door to many other artists.
